Each of these segments have been joined together to give it a unique and distinctive look. The vase measures 11-inches tall and 8-inches wide at its widest point. After giving it its shape, the vase was sanded with 320 grit sandpaper and finished in walnut oil, It makes a great decorative piece as is, or simply add your own dry or silk flower arrangement.

This jewelry box is a cornucopia of textures. It combines three types of wood, jade epoxy on the lid, and supple felt lining the inside. The bottom is made from Mahogany with a Padauk rim added. It also has a felt lining to help protect its occupants from scratching. The lid is made from Maple and features a jade green epoxy inlay with a decorative knob for ease of opening. This jewelry box measures 10-inches in diameter and is 2 1/2-inches tall. After shaping the bowl and lid, they are sanded to 320 grit, then finished in mineral oil and a clear wax coating.
